The Bachelor In Paradise Season 10 premiere is just weeks away. But very little is known about the upcoming season, especially who will be on the beach. The network previously released the names of five contestants. A new promo for the spinoff revealed another cast member fans are very familiar with. Keep reading to find out who it is and what else we know about BIP so far.
Bachelor In Paradise Returning After Hiatus
Season 7 of Bachelor In Paradise resulted in four marriages. Couples Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt, and Kenny Braasch and Mari Pepin left the beach engaged. Both couples married shortly after the show. Two couples that split before the season finale reconnected and ultimately married.
Noah Erb and Abigail Heringer had a heartbreaking breakup on the season finale but got back together shortly after filming. They married in Noah’s home state of Oklahoma in October 2024.
Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs also broke up on Bachelor In Paradise before reconnecting. They married in October 2023, one month after welcoming their son, Benny.
But Seasons 8 and 9 were massive disappointments after so many successful relationships in Season 7. The engagements from the last two seasons didn’t last long. In fact, Season 9 contestants Kat Izzo and John Henry Spurlock announced their split just days after the season finale aired. So did Eliza Isichei and Aaron Bryant.

Due to poor outcomes and poor ratings, ABC decided to take Bachelor In Paradise off the air to revamp it. And from what they’ve announced about Season 10 so far, viewers are in for some huge changes.
Big Changes Announced
One of the only things about Bachelor In Paradise that won’t change in the new season is Jesse Palmer as host and Wells Adams as bartender. However, another Bachelor Nation fan-favorite joins the show as a backup bartender. Hannah Brown will hand out bubbly during the rose ceremonies and also be a sounding board for contestants.

Former contestants from The Bachelor and Bachelorette seasons will hit the beach in search of another chance at love. But they won’t be alone. The senior contestants from The Golden Bachelor and Golden Bachelorette will join them, possibly sparking a May-December romance never seen before in the franchise.
Another big change is the location. After years of filming in Mexico, Season 10 was filmed at a breathtaking resort in Costa Rica.
Another Cast Member Revealed
All of those changes are interesting, but what fans really want to know is who will be on the beach this season. Hakeem Moulton and Jonathon Johnson from Jenn Tran’s Bachelorette season were the first two contestants announced for the new Bachelor In Paradise season.
Zoe McGrady, who came in third place on Season 29 of The Bachelor, was also announced. Golden Bachelor runner-up Leslie Fhima and Golden Bachelorette contestant Gary Levingston were also announced.
A new teaser for the upcoming season revealed another cast member. The promo opened with Jesse Palmer saying that Bachelor In Paradise is back. As clips from the upcoming season aired, he teasingly asked, “Who’s fresh on the rebound? And whose love will be a slam dunk?”
The clip included Gary and Leslie dancing as well as Jonathon Johnson laughing with Kat Izzo, thus confirming that she was returning for another season. Click here to find out which Bachelor Nation star she is rumored to be engaged to now.
